Background:

This Privacy Policy was composed pursuant to the requirements of United States Data Protection legislation.Soter Analytics International LTD understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits Our Site and uses Our Services and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and Our obligations under the law.

This Policy applies to Our use of any and all data collected by us in relation to your use of Our Site and Our Services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site or Our Services. “We/Us/Our” means the Soter Analytics entity you contract with and pay fees to based on the edition of the Soter product you’re using. This table shows which Soter entity you contract with.

If you’re someone who doesn’t have a relationship with us, but believe that a Soter Analytics subscriber has entered your personal data into our websites or services, you’ll need to contact that Soter Analytics subscriber for any questions you have about your personal data.

There will be times when we need to share your personal data with third parties. We will only disclose your personal data to:

  • other companies in the Our group of companies
  • your employer, if Our agreement with your employer states for the data to be shared.
  • third party service providers and partners who assist and enable us to use the personal data to, for example, support delivery of or provide functionality on the website or services, or to market or promote our goods and services to you
